Have you ever moved?
My fellow military peeps understand this moving thing so well.
The Team just moved from Missouri to California in August. It took us 4 days to drive and countless other days to pack, clean, unpack... We were homeless for a good 2 weeks.
A couple moving problems I've encountered just today.
Kinda Funny: This poor girl is terrified of balloons, guns and thunder. I laugh every time there is a sonic boom, nearly every day, because she acts as though she may very well die. Poor girl.
Kinda not so funny, $50 no show bill for an appointment that I was supposed to be at in Kansas City during the time I was driving through the mountains. This appointment was made 6 months before and well, I frankly forgot.
Being a grown up stinks.
How I love this, "cleverly disguised as a responsible adult." I never thought to check for those long ago made appointments--dentist I bet! Love this post and your topic!!

DeleteThe appointment was for a "specialist" and they refused to waive the no-show fee. :-\
I pray my $50 mistake saves others from their $$ mistakes. :-)
At least you are all moved which I am not even half moved. Trying to get Bevs things done before I finish mine. We all learned from our mistakes but your mistake helps the rest of us.
